Topwater Grill has been providing our Gulf Coast casual hospitality for over twenty one years.  We can make your party and your vision come to life at any budget.  Serving up deliciously fresh, local seafood for your personal, corporate or charitable events overlooking gorgeous Galveston Bay at our festive waterfront setting. Share your events vision with us and Topwater will bring it to life! 

 We specialize in multiple on-site private party options.  

All party options available for your special event can be set up a multitude of ways depending on the specific party style and needs of you and your guests.  All menu items from appetizers, soup & salad to entrees can be custom created just for you and your party needs.  Party styles available, but not limited to buffet style, informal family style or formal sit down dining.  We also can provide many bar options for you and your guests.  Bar options available, but not limited to a prepaid bar, open bar and cash bar.    

The Topwater Tiki: 

We can accommodate 75 to 300+ guests outside at our Topwater Tiki Bar. Topwater Tiki Bar has a beautiful and unobstructed panoramic view of the sunset over Galveston Bay. Our tiki bar is ideal for large company functions, fishing tournaments and class reunions as well as large personal celebratory gatherings like a retirement party and milestone birthday celebrations. 

Upstairs Banquet Room:

Topwater offers our private banquet room located inside and upstairs of the restaurant that will comfortably accommodate a minimum of 30 and up to 60 guests.  It is a warm, wonderful room with a relaxing view of Galveston's Back Bay.  Room has TV's that can be used for personal celebratory or memorial videos as well as for corporate meeting videos.  Private restrooms.    

Captain Wally's Bait House:

Topwater offers our bait house party option located outdoors right next to the boat ramp.  This informal and waterfront venue is always a favorite spot that lends itself very well to smaller, festive celebrations of 25+ guests.   

We offer off-site catering as well.  

Topwater has a mobile kitchen, tables and chairs. We can serve anywhere from 50 to 500 guests.  We have served private off-site caterings at private residences as well as corporate businesses like industrial plant turnarounds.
